Our project team for the execution phase consists of a project manager, a site manager, and a project engineer. The project manager has ultimate responsibility for the project and serves as the point of contact for the customer. Our site manager manages the suppliers and technicians on the construction site, while the engineer takes care of the as-built documentation.
During project execution, we keep our customers and any consultants informed about progress through construction meetings, until the project meets all quality and safety requirements and is ready for handover to the customer.
We have the practical experience needed to ensure that the construction phase runs smoothly. Aton Projects has invested in the right equipment to ensure efficient and cost-effective construction. To install the DC part, we work with some of our long-standing partners, sourced from our global network of subcontractors. And we have our own in-house engineers and technicians on hand to connect the system to the grid.
