Solar Park FlevoNice II – Sunrock

Smartly Connected to the Future

The second part of the solar park on the grounds of the former FlevoNice Icepark in Biddinghuizen was built by Aton Projects on behalf of Sunrock.
With 76,400 solar panels, Sungrow inverters, and a total capacity of 41.6 MWp, the park produces approximately 38 GWh of green electricity annually, enough to power more than 15,000 households.
Thanks to the smart connection via the Closed Distribution System Green (GDG), the generated energy is directly connected to the TenneT grid, reducing the load on the regional electricity network.
In addition to the ground-mounted section, a PV carport has also been constructed for efficient and future-oriented utilization of the location.
